Touch in the Time of COVID-19

Touch in 2020 is fraught with many complications. First and foremost just being able to break that 6 foot distancing rules that we all try to abide by now. Let alone to be inside someone’s personal bubble with intimate contact for more than 5, 10, 30 minutes to over an hour.

Physically - 1st responders are many times spending less than 15 minutes at a time with each person or patient that they interact with so the extended exposure is an animal all of its own.

Types of Massages

ART

Soft tissue disorders like headaches, back pain, tech neck, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, knee problems, and other repetitive stress injuries are a few of the many conditions that can be resolved with ART technique.

Testimonial

If you do basic activities then perhaps a basic therapist is all you need, and Ken can do that as well. But his magic is that he can do the weird injuries, the ones that aren’t necessarily textbook. And for that, he’s worth every penny you spend with him. Oh and he genuinely cares.
