It’s Just Personal

“Everyone truly has to find his/her own way. Every body is unique as every person is unique. Therefore everyone road to personal improvement must too be unique. Personal fitness is just that, PERSONAL. No one can do it for you. You have to do it for YOURSELF”

— Ken Berkeley

Testimonial

As a lifelong dancer and athlete who has tried nearly every type of body work out there, I can confidently say that Ken’s work is by far the most effective and lasting. He has been able to resolve issues that have been with me for half my life in less than a handful of sessions. My favorite thing about working with him is that when I have a problem, he is insightful enough to pinpoint what actions are causing the issue and will provide homework that I can do to prevent them in the future. His knowledge of the body as well as his understanding of the lifestyle of extreme athletes and people who use their bodies for a living is incomparable. His intuition is astounding! He is truly a wizard!
